How much deposit is required to book a golf tour with AGS Golf Vacations and when is the balance due?

There is a 25% Deposit is required for all our golf tours and the full balance is due 60 to 90 days depending on the package final payment.

Are my tee times guaranteed?

Yes. All tee times are guaranteed including the St Andrews Old Course. If you have invested into that particular golf tour package speak to our tour specialists about the options for St Andrews Old Course.

How long have you been doing customised golf tours and can I get some referrals?

We have been offering golf tours since 1996. We have over 150 reviews on our testimonial page including video testimonials.

Should I book a self-drive or use a driver - guide?

We can control the ballot entry for the ‘Old Course’ and will advise you on the result. The chances of success vary depending on the time of year. We recommend allowing for three attempts into the ballot with this system and historically our success rate has been high.

What weather can we expect?

This depends on the time of year and where you are going. The weather in the UK is unpredictable so be prepared to bring warm clothing. For Scotland’s East Coast it can get chilly!

Do we need to make dinner reservations?

Yes. It’s best to book at certain restaurants especially in the high season and with larger groups. We offer restaurant bookings as part of our service.

Do we need a golf caddie?

Having a caddie can improve your round of golf and experience. Talk to our team of specialists about the standard required for the golf courses in your itinerary.
